I haven’t made myself available for one-on-one mentoring for about 18 months; I honestly thought it was time to take a well, earned breather (after all, to do the job properly the consultations can be quite intense, and time consuming).
But I’ve had so many people asking, urging and even begging me to meet them, I’ve decided to re-activate my web page and offer One-on-one, Pay for Day Mentoring again!
Why Pay for a Day? Because I know that many readers and subscribers to my lists don’t need or want to sign up to an ongoing mentoring programme – for them it’s not cost-effective. They just need guidance at specific times – like when they first start, or periodically after they start to keep themselves on track.
One of the great things about my Pay for a Day Mentoring, apart from that it is very cost-effective, is that it can be geared to any level of experience.
It’ll be great if you are just starting, and want a helping hand and invaluable tips.
But if you are already a property investor, we can also work together to accelerate your success in property.
At the moment I am limiting access to subscribers to my Newsletter (who are mainly buyers of my various eBooks and home study courses) and subscribers to my YouTube Channel and Facebook page.
But I know slots will fill up fast (because so many people have asked me to do it).
I’ll explain all in the video, but as a quick recap:
We’ll meet one-on-one (significant others and business partners are welcome at no extra cost) – Nottingham is best but I will travel up to 150 miles from Nottingham (for a slightly higher fee)
Prior to meeting I will send you a 30 page workbook which I have developed which will help us to devise your plan – this is a very valuable resource in its own right.
We’ll spend at least 4 hours (but more if necessary) working on your plan to achieve your property goals.
I’ll provide “reasonable” email support after our meeting.
Subsequent meetings (say at 3 months, 6 months or a year for follow-up or as a refresher will be charged at a discounted rate)
I hope you’ll jump on board and book your place quickly – my plan is to do only 1 or 2 consultations a month – so please don’t be disappointed if you find yourself on a waiting list,I’ll try and see you as quickly as I can in order of bookings.
