In this Property Spotlight, we are looking at Capital Appreciation and how much I factor it in when making my Property investment purchases.
Some developers and investors will heavily weight their buying decisions on this important part of a Property’s value.
But capital appreciation (from price or value rises in the property market) is something we have very little control over when we buy our buy to let properties.
