One-on-one Mentoring and Consultation Sessions Now Booking For October/November
“If you want to achieve great results, find someone who’s achieved what you want to achieve, and then do what they do”.
|One of the (few) advantages of being old(er) is experience and knowledge, and I’m very happy to share my experience and knowledge with you. By the way, I opened with that quote from Tony Robbins because it makes so much sense to me. |
Many of us battle away trying to work it all out for ourselves, possibly because in school we’re encouraged to think that getting help is somehow cheating? But if you know what you want to achieve, and you know someone who has achieved it, why would you NOT ask them for help, or guidance, and tap into their knowledge and experience?
And doing this one simple thing can mean the difference between achieving your goals soon, or perhaps not achieving them at all. It’s not cheating to get help or guidance and then copy your mentor. It’s sensible and in fact, it’s called ‘Modelling’.
The chances are that if you ask any successful person they’ll tell you they have a mentor, and that their mentor was instrumental in helping them to achieve their results.
Having access to someone who can help (from their experience) is one of the biggest boosts you can give to your chances of success, and successful people know that.
They don’t waste time and energy on trying to reinvent the wheel and figure it all out for themselves.
Life is too short.
I’m making great progress on catching up on my back-log of mentees (they were left stranded because of lock-down), and I’m now opening my diary for NEW bookings from late September/October.
In fact, I’ve already put bookings in the diary for September so we’ll soon be looking at October and November. The way it’s going all the slots for the rest of the year will soon be gone.
In the last few weeks I’ve had some great meetings, and my mentees have been in touch to tell me of the progress they are making.
One who I met a few weeks ago has put in an offer on a property where he hopes to add a new bedroom and turn a house from a two bed to a three bed. This should add enough value to be able to refinance and get ALL of his money back out of the deal.
Another is refinancing his existing investment to release equity for future purchases, and is planning a quick refurb so he can refinance out the maximum amount of equity available. Then he’ll kick-on and start accumulating a cash-flowing portfolio.
Other mentees of mine are researching their areas, and analysing the local market so they know exactly what to buy and why, using the tips and techniques I showed them. And others are researching finance and looking into a particular form of finance which they probably wouldn’t have considered if we hadn’t met. Now, I’m not saying I’ve got all the answers, far from it. But I’ve been in property long enough to have seen most things, and though I say it myself, I think I’ve done OK in property.
So if you want to achieve your property (and financial) goals (more quickly) and you think a consultation and mentoring session will help you, please click the link below for more details of my ‘Pay-for-a-day-mentoring’:
We can meet in Nottingham, or I will travel up to 150 miles if that will help (although there is a small extra charge for that).
I look forward to meeting with you soon.

“There are so many property strategies out there but we were not sure which one would work for us. With limited funds and limited time, we were at risk of taking the wrong direction. After having our first mentoring session with Peter we now have a set of goals, and a list of actions to take so we can achieve our goals. Peter answered all of our questions, explained the strategies we could follow and shared some secrets and contacts that will help to fast track our progress. Peter is a living encyclopedia for property investors and we are glad that we have access to Peter’s knowledge and experience. Thank you, Peter”

“I spent a day with Peter Jones (The Property Teacher) on his one to one mentoring session and what an eye opener of a day it was. His depth of knowledge and affable nature made it easy to learn a lot in the session. If you’re serious about becoming a successful property investor, then this is the mentor you need. You’ll be amazed at what you get to understand .”
